Phase 1 — Week 1–2

Learn & Pitch

Top 10 selected

10 founders are selected from all applicants. Two intense weeks of business fundamentals, pitch training, product strategy, and mentorship from experienced builders.

Phase 2 — Week 3–4

Validate & Grow

Top 5 continue

We select the 5 strongest founders. Two more weeks of hands-on business accompaniment, market validation, user research, and refining the product-market fit.

Phase 3 — Week 5–8

Build the Product

3 winners

The 3 winning startups are chosen. For 4 weeks, the Nirki Studio and AI Labs teams build their products — from architecture to launch. Real engineering, real product, yours.
